Extreme Makeover

So let's just say that Mater has been just slightly over due a trip to see the groomer.

Just a little background info for anyone who does not know Mater's story. Mater IS a teacup poodle. (the name is from the Car's movie) When we got Mater he was a cute little fluffy furry puppy who looked like a little teddy bear. On his first trip to the groomers he was given the traditional poodle cut. The kids didn't think he was even the same dog! There were tears, they wanted him back the way he was. Since then we have keep his fur on the longer side. We haven't let it get this long before, but it has still been cold here so we waited until we had nicer weather..............

Yes, this is the same dog. All four pounds of him.
